Functions at the Crafers
The Crafers Hotel has been bringing people together in the Adelaide Hills since 1839. Our private rooms carry that history forward, giving your group a space of its own with the same award-winning kitchen and service as the bistro. Choose the Wine Room for a dinner surrounded by 2,000 bottles from around the world, the Lord Nelson Room for a larger celebration with the door closed, or the Nook for a smaller table that feels like it was set just for you.
Our function spaces suit small to medium groups best: birthdays, anniversaries, family lunches, team dinners and client entertaining. We’ll work through the menu, wine and timing with you, so the day runs the way you want it to.
Planning something bigger? We can accommodate larger events too. Get in touch with our team to talk through numbers, dates and options, and we’ll put together something that suits. Just 20 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, with seven boutique rooms upstairs for guests who’d rather stay the night.

Wine Room
Intimate rooms for the occasions that matter.
Reserved for the dinners worth remembering. Surrounded by 2,000 bottles from around the world, the Wine Room is available for private bookings – a milestone birthday, a long table with people you love, or a business dinner that calls for something more.

Lord Nelson Room
A private room with its own sense of occasion.
Tucked away from the bistro, the Lord Nelson Room gives your group a space of its own. Set for a long lunch, a family celebration or a working dinner, it comes with the same kitchen and service as the rest of the hotel, just with the door closed.
03 UP TO 10 GUESTS
Nook
A tucked-away table for smaller celebrations.
Set apart from the main dining room, the Nook is a private space for small groups who’d rather have the table to themselves. Birthday dinners, catch-ups that run long, or a quiet lunch with the people who matter, with the full bistro menu brought to you.
